ARTIST (Artificial Materials & Technologies) is a vibrant research group at NPU’s School of Microelectronics and Information, currently with 2 full professors, 2 associate professors, 2 postdoctoral researchers and 10 graduate students. Our research program is highly interdisciplinary, combining expertise in physics, materials science, chemistry, and nano- and electronic engineering, and represents a balance between fundamental science and designer architectures for exotic spin-based applications. The group has published over 80 peer-reviewed articles and granted 2 patents in the areas concerned.
